All orders are carefully processed and prepared for dispatch. after order confirmation, products are checked, securely packed and prepared for transport. orders placed before 14:00 on working days are in most cases processed the same day. processing time may vary depending on product type, availability and logistics planning. we aim to dispatch every order as quickly and efficiently as possible so that your order reaches you smoothly.

Delivery of large and bulky products

Electric children's cars, quads, buggies and other large vehicles require special transport. these products are delivered via customised shipping methods designed to prevent damage during transport. delivery is made to the specified delivery address and may include pallet or special transport. upon receipt, it is important that the delivery is checked for visible damage. any irregularities should be reported immediately. delivery times depend on the delivery address and may vary by country or region.

Shipping costs and international delivery

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address, weight and dimensions of the product. these costs are always clearly displayed during the checkout process. for deliveries within belgium and the netherlands, fixed rates apply for large products, while customised rates may apply for other european countries. in some cases, delivery is possible on request. this is how we ensure transparency and clarity, without hidden costs.

Return policy and cooling-off period

The product must be unused, undamaged and complete, preferably in the original packaging. assembled or used products are not eligible for return. returns of large products require prior contact in order to organise transport correctly.

Refund and conditions

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded according to the applicable legal guidelines. any depreciation due to use or damage may be deducted. refunds are made via the same payment method as the original payment. we recommend contacting us in advance if you have any questions or doubts, so that each order can be placed with confidence.
